MingMai translates classical Chinese frameworks into structured profile language so the report can describe tendencies, strengths, and working style in a more grounded way.
The report maps disposition into four practical postures — 攻守应防 — giving individuals and group leaders a simple way to discuss contribution, balance, and fit.
Reference only. Not determinative. Not predictive.
Every report is built on the same six dimensions. The difference is how much explanation, interpretation, and contextual narrative you unlock at each tier.
Every report can carry a unique 命牌 — a simple reference token used to link a person to the correct report version. It is designed to be minimal and non-descriptive on its own.
Minimal by design. This token is mainly a reference label, not a disclosure object. Sensitive calculation inputs are not embedded in the token, and any shared view can be limited to what an individual, administrator, or group leader is meant to see.
